Our team & our approach

At State Wide Community Services, we are a Perth-based NDIS support provider focused on developing long-term relationships with our clients and our community. We continuously work to involve our clients in their communities, helping them achieve as much independence as possible and finding ways to help them achieve their goals.

Our organisation was founded by Zayd Ghazy, who aimed at providing those with disabilities a dependable and highly involved support service that they can continually rely on. This has meant carefully selecting support workers, ensuring efficient and transparent systems and processes, and maintaining close contact with our clients and Support Coordinators to ensure everybody is properly looked after.

Zayd himself is extremely involved in all that we do, from participating in client and carer events to fostering close relationships with our carers. Over the years, our Perth team has grown and we have organised countless events, helped numerous clients and maintained exceptional long-term relationships with clients and Support Coordinators alike.

Respite accommodation

Contacting the NDIS

Find out if you qualify for the NDIS by being under 65, an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holding a Protected Special Category Visa, and having a permanent and significant disability.

Completing the access request form
